I had a wonderful time on this cruise! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I also appreciated the beautiful location and the many activities available, such as kayaking and a cooking class. this was an excellent experience and I highly recommend it.

The views offered were stunning and the ambiance was great. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The bathrooms in the room were clean with lovely toiletries. The room size was just perfect. We enjoyed waking up to the sun over the mountains and seeing stars at night. The tour guide was knowledgeable and we loved the kayaking. The boat was new and well-maintained.
The food quality was not great, and the portions were small. The timing of the tour was frustrating, with a lot of waiting during transportation and activities.

This cruise offers an unforgettable experience with its organized tour that includes a visit to a beautiful cave, kayaking, and a cooking class. Rooms feature an exquisite oriental-style embossment painting covering a wall, making it a unique place to stay. the food is incredibly delicious and the staff is helpful and friendly, providing outstanding service.
The drive to the location can be quite long and includes a stop at an overpriced shop, which may not be suitable for every traveler.

The room was clean and cozy with a lovely bathroom. the food was very delicious, and we had a pleasant stay. the staff was informative and professional, and the cruise was well-organized. the cruise was quite new, and the location was great.
The long driving from Hanoi was tiring, and the stop at the overpriced shop was frustrating.

I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were not only friendly and professional, but they made me feel like a true guest and friend, rather than just a tourist. The room was clean, comfortable, and had beautiful oriental style embossment painting on the walls that I wish I could bring home. The food was delicious, and the smiles and friendliness of the staff made the experience even more enjoyable. The management of this place should be proud, as the quality of service, cleanliness, and facilities offered here were above and beyond anything I have experienced in the past. I am definitely coming back here in the future.
I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
